Order & Delivery

When do I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order according to the promised delivery time. If you place your order today before 2:00 PM, you will have it delivered the next working day. If that does not work out, we will inform you accordingly.

Can I still change my order that has been placed?
That is not possible. To protect your data, an order can no longer be modified. But if your order has not been sent yet, you can cancel it ofcourse.

I have not received a confirmation of my order, has it succeeded?
If your order is in your account, the placement has been successful.
Have you ordered an hour ago, had no confirmation and there is no order in your account? Then contact us.

Payment

How can I pay?
You can pay in our webshop with iDEAL, Creditcard and Bancontact (Belgium). This will be done through the trusted online payment environment of your bank.

Returns

Return policy
Still not satisfied with your order? That is possible, of course.
You can return the items free of charge. Download the return form and send it back to us together with the items.

Please note: the items you want to return must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
The return amount will then be refunded via the payment method you use.

How do I return my package?
1. Download the return form with the code to indicate why you return the item.
2. Put the return form and the items in the original packaging and in the original condition. Can you not return the items in the original packaging? Then use a sturdy box or bag so that it is properly packaged.
3. Place the return label (which can be found on the return form) on your package.
4. Bring your package to the post office or to a PostNL parcel point. Do not forget to request a shipping receipt.

Return address
Are you returning via PostNL? Then you get a barcode. The PostNL employee does not need any more. Scan and your package can go through immediately.
